Are you an Omaha Metro Area resident with fallen branches from the storm this weekend?
If so, consider bringing them to the Zoo! They make some pretty tasty treats for our animals, like our elephants here.
Some of the tree species we can accept include elm, hackberry, mulberry, birch, honey locust, linden and willow. Please note: Branches cannot come from trees that have been treated for pesticides or from dead, dying or diseased trees.
