Cheryl's Kitchen: The Only Marinade Recipe You'll Need All Summer

I've been using their marinade recipe for years for pork, chicken or steaks.  I've even poured it over a roast that I cooked in my Crock pot, and it turned out delicious! 


2 cups orange juice

1 cup apple cider vinegar

3/4's cup soy sauce

a pinch of cinnamon

a few dashes of hot sauce, to taste

1/2 cup brown sugar (add more if you prefer it sweeter) 

The zest of one large orange

Combine ingredients, stir, and pour over meat.  Let marinate in the fridge overnight before grilling.
