Last week a jury determined Katy Perry’s team copied the beat for her song “Dark Horse” from another song by a Christian rap group. Now, music industry insiders say they’re predicting more lawsuits, including a previous one that concerns the classic rock song “Stairway to Heaven.” That case is being reheard by a panel of 11 judges next month. Led Zeppelin was accused of lifting some of the chords from a song released years earlier called “Taurus” by a band called Spirit. Here are the chords for both songs. Do you hear the difference?
