A 5-year old girl named Neveah Lowe recently lost her pet cat Tin Tin who died of heart failure. The two of them had been so close since the day she was born and she missed him terribly.
After many sleepless nights of missing Tin Tin Nevaeh decided to write a letter to her cat to make sure he was doing well. She addressed the heartfelt note to heaven and put it in the mailbox, even though her mother Tamara had warned her that she probably wouldn’t receive a reply.
To everyone’s surprise a week later Neveah received a reply from Tin Tin! As it turns out, a mailman named Clive Edwards who had cats of his own , came across the letter, read it and wanted to give the little girl the closure she needed.
So he wrote a message from Tin Tin to her best friend, complete with a hand-drawn paw print. “Tin Tin” told Nevaeh not to worry about her because she is happy and healthy again in heaven!
The kindhearted postal worker even included a stuffed animal toy that looks like Tin Tin and a book to read whenever Nevaeh is in need of some kitty comfort.
Neveah and her mother were so excited by the letter and she began to feel better know her best friend Tin Tin was doing well in heaven.
