An Australian couple walked into a toy store to pay off the layaways for 42 families ahead of the holidays! They said they had struggled in the past and now that they could they wanted to give back to those in need.
The couple said they wanted the store to keep their identity a secret and to not disclose how much money they spent.
The store owner also said that the pandemic has been difficult for retail, too, so the cash paid for the families layaways would help his business tremendously.
