Sweet Trick-Or-Treaters Put Their Own Halloween Candy In Empty Bowl

3 young trick-or-treaters found an empty candy bowl on the porch in their neighborhood and decided to do something sweet for the woman who lived there.

The woman, Kristen Wells, of Westerly, R.I., wanted to take her own children trick-or-treating, so she left a bowl on candy on her porch with a note that said each child could take two pieces of candy and to leave the rest for another guest.

Upon coming home, though, Wells found something unexpected in her nearly empty candy bowl. There were a few pieces of candy in the bowl, but not the kind of candy she had left.  She decided to check her porch security camera and found out that 3 trick-or -treaters who came upon the empty bowl decided to put some of their own candy in it for other trick-or – treaters that might stop by.

She decided to find out who the generous and kind kids were and eventually found the parents of the children so she was allowed to share the video with everyone, even the local news stations.

Not only did these boys help make other kids’ Halloween night a little sweeter, their actions also brightened up a world that can use a little happiness.
