A Young Boy’s Act Of Kindness At A Baseball Game Goes Viral

At  last Wednesday night’s Philadelphia Phillies game, a foul ball was hit into the stands. A few fans dove for it but 10 year old, Aaron Pressley, was the lucky boy who was able to grab the baseball. He was so excited that he got that he stood up and held the ball up in the air as he celebrated.

Now here’s what was so special about that moment, that Aaron’s family, the city and the internet went crazy with pride.

“When I looked to my left, I saw a little girl crying and I’m just thinking in my head, “I can’t keep the ball.” Aaron said after seeing this little girl try to grab it.

“I didn’t feel right to keep the ball.  I just had to five it to her.  So I went over there and I saw her crying and I just felt so sad.  I gave her the ball.  She said. “Thank you. It just felt so good.  I felt like a good guy.”

The family of that little girl, who name is Emma, was so touched by Aaron’s kind gesture that they gave him a Phillies gift card to thank him.

The Phillies baseball team was also moved by what he did, that they gave him another baseball.

Aaron knows the true meaning of being kind, and he wants to be a baseball player some day.
