A Twitter user named JimNo went viral after he tweeted that he had matched with his Labrador’s former owner on Tinder. It’s now been retweeted more than 6,000 times and has got more than 100,000 likes.
As they were getting to know one another they began talking about their pets. JimNo started talking about his dog named “Onyx” which is an unusual name but his date mentioned she used to own a dog with that same name.
Then they both realized it was the same dog that they were speaking about.
Once twitter users saw the conversation going on between the two they begged JimNo to take the dog on the date with him, some were even telling the pair to get married!
They ended up meeting in person and at first Onyx didn’t recognize her, but after awhile he did. Following that date , JimNo wrote on Twitter: “Many tears and great memories and one very happy dog” along with images of Onyx meeting his former owner.
He also mentioned that he would be dating the dogs former owner regularly too! Which had his Twitter followers excited, because they had the ending they were hoping for!
