Dr. Chris Yandle, a Louisiana dad wanted to help his 4th grade daughter overcome her anxiety in school. He decided to write her an inspiring note every school day and put it in her lunch box.
His daughter, Addison is now in 8th grade and says the notes, all 69o of them helped her get closer to her dad over time.
Dr. Yandle had written a book called “Lucky Enough” in which includes all 690 messages he wrote to Addison over the last 4 years.
