I love how easy these instructions are, and I never knew to add the egg to the rice BEFORE cooking when making egg-fried rice.  Also, he tells you the exact sauces to use and basically he just throws in whatever good stuff he has in the fridge.  I can’t wait to try this!  -Cheryl Kaye
