5-Yr-Old Sends Letter To Cat In Heaven And Receives Sweetest Reply From Mailman.

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is difficult for everyone, but for children, it’s especially challenging to understand.

Earlier this year, 5-year-old Nevaeh Lowe of Walton-on-Thames, England, lost her cat Tin Tin to heart failure. The two of them had been close, so she had a hard time adjusting to life without her buddy.

Nevaeh and Tin Tin were best friends, they had a really close bond, whenever they saw each other they were so happy,” her mom Tamara said

After many sleepless nights and worried discussions with her mother, Nevaeh decided to write Tin Tin a letter to make sure the feline was doing well. She addressed the heartfelt note to heaven and put it in the mailbox, even though Tamara had warned her that she probably wouldn’t receive a reply.

Despite Tamara’s warning, a response came just a week later!

As it turns out, Royal Mail late shift FSM Manager Clive Edwards had stumbled across Nevaeh’s letter at work. Rather than ignore her message, he thought of his own cats at home and decided to give her the closure she clearly needed!

So he wrote a message from Tin Tin to her best friend, complete with a hand-drawn paw print. “Tin Tin” told Nevaeh not to worry about her because she is happy and healthy again in heaven!

The kindhearted postal worker even included a stuffed animal toy that looks like Tin Tin and a book to read whenever Nevaeh is in need of some kitty comfort.

Both Nevaeh and Tamara were blown away by Clive’s kindness! Thanks to his comforting words, the little one immediately began to feel better about her cat being gone

.While Tamara added that a response was “the last thing we expected,” it did her heart good to know there are such kind people working behind the scenes.
