We have steamy weather in the forecast for the July 4th holiday weekend, and here’s some advice from my dog Fig:  Stay cool!  LOL!  This is Fig after our walk around the neighborhood last night.  We were both VERY HAPPY to get inside into the nice cool air conditioning.  Should you have an issue with your AC, call Apex Services Heating and Cooling at 402-289-3082.  Apex is on call 24/7 EVEN ON HOLIDAYS and will be at your house within 24 hours, guaranteed!  Apex has done all the work on my HVAC since I bought my house several years ago, including installing an energy efficient air conditioning system!  Apex has a special right now.  Have a Trouble Free Tune-Up done on your AC for just $37 if you mention my name, Cheryl Kaye.

Have a happy, safe and COOL 4th of July! And please remember to bring your pets inside, safely away from the fireworks.

-Cheryl Kaye
