A doctor in Tampa, Florida was returning home after his hospital shift when he immediately saw a dog being dragged by his leash, which was caught in the elevator. His fast-thinking saved the dog’s life. This is the second time in a month that an incident like this has happened. Last month in Houston, Texas, a man dramatically saved his neighbor’s dog from being strangled by its leash, which was caught in the elevator. People, pay attention to you dogs!!!!! -Cheryl Kaye
