A Maryland Real Estate company surprised their employees with a $10 Million dollar bonus!
St. John Properties, owner Edward St. John made the announcement at the companies Christmas party! The shocked employees received a portion of the money based on seniority. The largest bonus was for $270,ooo and the smallest $100 went to a new employee who had not even started her job yet. The average bonus was $50,000! It was truly life changing with some employees saying they were now debt free!
