Dr. Dan Carmichel a dentist at Rockside Family Dental Care in Ohio, does not like his patients to eat candy. So instead he offers them $2 a pound for their uneaten Halloween candy. He then donates it to Operation Gratitude a group that collects 400,000 to 500,000 pounds of candy each year!
Some of the candy also goes to local first responders in the area.
