A Wisconsin police officer, Kevin Zimmerman recently had to pull over a mother and her 3 children because the registration on her car was expired. The mom, Andrella Jackson explained she had just purchased the car at auction and did not have the time or money to register it. The officer noticed that two of her 3 children should have been in car seats , which she explained had to come after she purchased them winter clothing. After hearing her story Officer Zimmerman decided not to give her an expensive ticket, but also went a purchased two car seats for her children with his own money!
