Captain Ann Stephens of the Apex, NC police department got a call from a man who claimed to be a law officer named “John Black.” She proceeded to have some fun with him as he asked for her personal date, including bank account and social security. This is GREAT! BTW, when he asked for her address, she game him the address for the police station! Well done, Captain Stephens! -Cheryl Kaye
