Bennington Community Blood Drive Honors Accident Victims & Memorializes Kylie Remmereid

The Bennington Community will host a blood drive at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 322 North Molly Street on Saturday, January 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.  
 
The drive is in honor of Bennington high school students Samantha Steffes and Cassidy Collier, and in memory of Kylie Remmereid.  The three friends were injured in a November 21 car accident near Bennington.

A fundraiser to help the families with medical bills and a memorial for Kylie Remmereid is scheduled Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The Warehouse, 15409 South 2nd Street in Bennington.  The event includes music, auctions, a raffle, food and other activities.
 
Donations may be sent to Cherish Every Moment fund at the Bank of Bennington.
