Description:
In-depth 4 session program includes lectures, demonstrations and individual consultations with a physician, nurse and dietitian who specialize in diabetes care. This program meets the needs of individuals with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who want answers to complex problems. Dates/Time: November 14, 15, 16, 17 from 4-8:30 p.m.
