I think it's always a good idea to think about the tastes and hobbies of the person you are buying for.

Village Pointe has something for enthusiasts of all kinds.

For the crafty person who is into photography - or maybe a scrapbooker - Archiver's is an incredible store. They have classes, specialty paper, photo books and scrap books and all kinds of little baubles for the crafty person.

For the home decorator - Z Gallerie is always a great place for art, furniture and fabulous home accessories like pillows, mirrors and decorative items. I love this throw blanket - for a pop of color and a bit of coziness when needed.

For the techy - head to Best Buy or the Apple store. Movie buff? Village Pointe has a fabulous theatre - and of course a variety of fantastic restaurants for the dinner and a movie idea. Who doesn't love that?

Well. This is it. This week the holidays officially begin. In  addition to looking forward to the best meal of the year it's time to think about....dun dun duhhhhh. SHOPPING.

I have never been one to shop early. I have always kind of enjoyed the hustle and bustle of shopping later on. And - alright - there is a healthy dose of procrastination involved. But some of it is well-intended. Sometimes I just keep waiting for that perfect gift to jump out and find me. But I find these days that I have less and less time to spend in places where gifts jump out.

I am sure many of you are in the same situation.

So I got to thinking....and here is what I have come up with.

I love to shop - and I don't mean to brag - but I am a black belt. So - I am offering my skills as your very own personal shopper. And - I've made it very easy for you. One stop shopping. Village Pointe at 168th and Dodge.
